A revolution in Italian kosher wine

The Contessa Annalisa project is a collection of superior Italian wines from many regions of Italy, focusing on typical varietals such as Pinot Grigio, Sangiovese, Moscato and Prosecco. The line offers a range of prices, from entry level to reserve wines.

The wineries included in this project bring their unique style of wine making while sharing the core values of the Contessa Annalisa label - quality, value, character and love of wine.


Mevushal. 100% Moscato. White sweet sparkling wine. Refreshing and bubbly with a perfume of orange blossom and honeysuckle notes. On the palate, a sweet welcome of green grapes, citrus tones and ripe peach. Light straw color.

Mevushal. Merlot/Raboso. Light peach color. Dry, refreshing and crisp. Notes of strawberry and ripe summer fruit. Pairs with pasta, fish and cheese or as an aperitif.


Mevushal. 100% Pinot Grigio. Hailing from Veneto, this dry white wine is fruity yet crisp, with refreshing acidity. Hints of citrus and green apple. Serve as an aperitif or with a light meal.

Mevushal. Ripe fruit and vanilla bouquet. With strawberry and brown sugar on the palate, a slightly drier finish creates balance.

100% Cabernet. Veneto IGT. This crowd-pleaser provides soft fruit on the palate, with a touch of acidity and tannins reflective of the Northern Italian terroir. Deep color and medium-bodied.

100% Cortese. Clear straw-yellow color with characteristic greenish highlights. Fine bouquet, medium intensity, with an evident note of green apples, delicate hawthorn flower fragrance and a hint of aniseed. A well-structured, fresh, pleasant taste; smooth, persistent and lively in the mouth.


Mevushal. 100% Prosecco.

Soft crushing, fermentation in stainless steel under controlled temperature of 18°C and natural fermentation of Charmat method. Pale straw yellow color with green hints. Delicate nose with fine fragrances. Fresh on the palate with good acidic balance.

This traditional Chianti hails from the Siena area of Tuscany. A brilliant ruby red color, the smooth, full-bodied and fresh wine welcomes with intense aroma, and scents of violet. Ready to drink, accompanying sauces and red meat.
