Black & Blue Syrah 2019

100% Syrah.
The nose initially showing ripe blueberry then turning darker with blackberry jam notes. Tarry, extracted, dense and meaty. Very vibrant intensity, with fine tannins. This wine encapsulates the full spectrum of a Central Coast Syrah in a very ripe vintage minus the peppery notes typically associated with Cool Climate Syrah. Pair with smoked or dried meats.
