Single Vineyard Petit Verdot 2019
100% Petit Verdot After fermentation and soak - ing on the skins, the wine aged in French oak barrels for 15 months. The wine has a deep crimson hue and aromas of black rasp - berries - blueberries, licorice, and leather. It has full body and a long and well-balanced finish. Pair with roasted meat, espe - cially steak, game meat and rich casserole dishes.
