Aged 2 years in new Oak barrels. The first kosher for Passover Añejo (aged) tequila. Rich and well-rounded.

Nose: Malty cereal & summer fruit sweetness, dusted with icing sugar.

Palate: Cotton wool softness, with plums. Some grape seed tannins with a trace of anise.

Finish: Medium and well balanced with spicy wood punches and a raspberry jam overlay.

This cider delivers a unique taste experience resulting from the marriage of a blend of Gold Rush apples and Italian kosher Cabernet wine. Vibrant salmon color and bold tannin - hints of apricot fill the nose while flavors of ripe red goodberry excite the palate.

Hopped Hard Cider is a semi-dry cider made from estate grown Crispin apples and whole-cone Cascade Hops. This heavile aromaric cider exhibits a bouquet of fresh lemon picked apples. With its balanced sweetness and acidity, this unique cider is sure to please beer and cider drinkers alike.

The first and only Kosher for Passover whiskey! Made from Sorghum stalk, it is crafted into a smooth, rich whiskey. This small batch spirit is aged in charred American Oak barrels.

Aged 3 months in barrels. The only kosher for Passover aged tequila. Balance of American oak and agave with a bit of cinnamon and caramel. Smooth finish.
