Premium Shiraz 2018

100% Shiraz. Produced from grapes grown in the Jerusalem mountains. After a long, slow fermentation on the skins, the wine was aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine has aromas of strawberry, ripe raspberry, and black pepper. Full-bodied with a long, balanced finish.
