Vintage Chardonnay 2021
After gentle pressing, part of the must was fermented with oak and aged for 3 months on its lees (Sur Lies). Part of the wine went under a low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is medium-bodied and is characterized by aromas of green apple, peach, and roasted almonds
