Estate Chardonnay 2021

100% Chardonnay.

This  harmonious and balanced wine displays concentrated flavors of apples,  pears, white peaches and fresh pineapple, produced from the gently
pressed, superior first free-run juice of the grapes. After undergoing a  gradual and supervised fermentation, the wine was fermented for three  weeks at a low temperature in stainless steel vats.
