This particular area is characterized by its white, chalky and rocky,  virgin soil, producing grapes which possess cassis and cranberry aromas.

100% Gewurztraminer.

This  wine offers scents of pineapple, lychee, white peach, passion fruit and jasmine. The grapes were hand harvested from the Judean Hills region.
