100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The deep and intensely colored wine is produced from the initial free-run juice. This wine exhibits elegant aromas of plum, raspberry, cassis and blackberries, together with the subtle flavors of mocha, vanilla and honey, resulting from aging for 12 months in both American and French oak barrels. The finished texture is velvety, with a hint of sweetness. The wine is bottled unfiltered.
