Chateau de Galilee is the fruition of a dream of Yossi Ben Odis - the most experienced sommelier in Israel. As a 12 year old boy, Yossi worked in a winery’s warehouse to finance horseback riding - his passion at the time. Yossi dreamed of a wine series of his own that would encourage wine production in the Galilee and would create more jobs in northern Israel.
