Dr. Claudio Quarta left his career as a biologist, geneticist and microbiologist to pursue his passion of making wine in Southern Italy. His focus is on producing authentic wines from their territories of origin. A few years after he began his “second life” as a winemaker, his daughter Alessandra joined him in the vineyards. Their wines garner multiple awards every vintage. They partnered with Sentieri Ebraici to offer unique varietals to the kosher drinker.
