After fermentation and soak - ing on the skins, the wine aged in French oak barrels for 15 months. The wine has a deep crimson hue and aromas of red and black berries, vanilla, and mint. Full bodied with a long and balanced finish. Pair with lamb chops, roasted meats and beef bourguignon.
